VGT Carry Forward Terms

Active and paused plan VGT is carried forward to the next billing cycle.

VGT carry forward is only applicable in the following two situations:

 

Subscription Renewal

Monthly Subscription

If you have a monthly plan set to auto-renew, any remaining VGT at the end of the month will carry forward to the next month. The carried-over VGT will be added as the additional VGT for the next cycle, while the VGT gained for the new subscription is referred to as Plan VGT.

For example, if you purchased a Creator monthly plan on August 3rd and used 1 hour of VGT, your account will receive 2 hours of plan VGT when it auto-renews on September 3rd. The remaining 1 hour of VGT from August to September will also be added as additional VGT.

❗Key VGT Carry-Forward Terms ❗

  • The carried-forward VGT from a billing cycle will only roll over to the immediately following month.

  • For example, if VGT carried over from August remains unused in September, it will not carry forward to October.

  • If a subscription is canceled, any carried-forward VGT will be lost. However, if the subscription is paused, the carried-forward VGT will be retained.

 

 

Yearly Subscription

The same principle applies to yearly subscriptions: any unused VGT at the end of the subscription period is carried forward to the next annual cycle as additional VGT.

For example, if you purchased a Creator Yearly plan in December 2024 and used 12 out of the allotted 24 hours of VGT, when your plan automatically renews in December 2025, your account will receive:

  • 24 hours of plan VGT for the new cycle (December 2025 to December 2026)

  • The unused 12 hours from the previous cycle as additional VGT.

The VGT carried over from one yearly billing cycle will only roll over to the immediately following year.

Any unused VGT from the December 2024–December 2025 cycle will not carry forward beyond the December 2025–December 2026 cycle.

If a subscription is canceled, any carried-forward VGT will be lost. However, if the subscription is paused, the carried-forward VGT will be retained.

 

 

Subscription Paused

If your VGT has been carried forward from the previous cycle and you have paused your subscription, that carried-forward VGT will remain available until your plan is resumed.

However, if you cancel your subscription at any point—before, during, or after the pause period—the carried-forward VGT will be permanently lost.

❗Scenarios when VGT is not carried forward ❗

  • If your subscription is canceled before or during the billing cycle, any remaining VGT balance will be permanently lost.
  • Your subscription did not renew because the payment attempt was unsuccessful.
