Active and paused plan VGT is carried forward to the next billing cycle.
VGT carry forward is only applicable in the following two situations:
Subscription Renewal
Monthly Subscription
If you have a monthly plan set to auto-renew, any remaining VGT at the end of the month will carry forward to the next month. The carried over VGT will be added as additional VGT for the next cycle, while the VGT gained for the new subscription is referred to as Plan VGT.
For example, if you purchased a Pro monthly plan on August 3rd and used 2 hours of VGT, your account will receive 4 hours of plan VGT when it auto-renews on September 3rd. The remaining 2 hours of VGT from August to September will also be added as additional VGT.
The carried over VGT from the last billing cycle will only be carried forward to the following month.
If carried over VGT from August is unused in September, it will not carry over to October.
If a subscription is cancelled, the carried over VGT will be lost. However, if the subscription is paused, the carried over VGT will remain.
Yearly Subscription
The same principle applies to yearly subscriptions, where any unused VGT at the end of the subscription period is carried forward to the next annual subscription.
For instance, suppose you purchased a Pro Yearly plan in August 2023 and utilized 24 hours of VGT out of the allotted 48 hours. When your plan automatically renews in August 2024, your account will receive 48 hours of plan VGT for the new cycle spanning from August 2024 to August 2025 and the unused 24 hours will be added as additional VGT.
And, the remaining 24 hours of VGT from August 2023 to August 2024 will be added as additional VGT.
The carried over VGT from the previous billing cycle will only be carried forward to the next year.
If unused VGT from the cycle of August 23' - 24' will not carry over to the August 25' - 26' cycle.
If a subscription is canceled, the carried over VGT will be lost. However, if the subscription is paused, the carried over VGT will remain.
Subscription Paused
If your VGT has been carried forward from the previous cycle and you have paused your subscription, the carried forward VGT will remain until the plan has been resumed.
However, if you choose to cancel your subscription before, during, or after the pause period, then the VGT will be lost.

- If the subscription is canceled before or during the subscription cycle, the balance VGT will be lost.
- The subscription has not been renewed because the payment was unsuccessful.
