Why did my plan automatically renew?

Murf plans are designed to make your life easier. With automatic renewals, you don't have to worry about manually renewing your plan every month or year.

How Automatic Renewal Works?

Your subscription automatically renews monthly or annually unless canceled before the renewal date(as detailed in section 2.3.3 of our Terms of Service). To find your next billing date and manage your subscription, go to the Billing & Payments section within Workspace Settings.

Only Admins/Owners can Manage Payments for a team workspace.

What If My Account Is Paused?

When a paused account’s pause period concludes, the subscription will automatically renew. Unless canceled prior to the end of the 30-day maximum pause duration, billing will restart according to the regular schedule. For further details, click here.

If your plan has been renewed recently and you would like a cancellation and refund, kindly email us, and our team will be happy to help you! 

How to Cancel Your Plan

To prevent renewal, cancel your subscription before your current billing period ends, following the steps below:

  • Head to Workspace Settings
  • Under "Subscription" > Cancel Plan > Continue to cancel
  • Select a primary reason from the list and share your comments.
  • Cancel Subscription

Please note that the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you have access to paid features.
