Additionally, Murf Studio provides various project management functionalities such as the ability to move and clone a project and much more.
You can also learn what happens to your projects if your plan is downgraded, how Private Folder storage works, and more.
Workplace Management
Moving a Project
To move your project, simply click on the three dots to bring up the project menu, select “Move,” and choose your desired destination folder or sub-folder.
By moving a project across folders and sub-folders, other individuals who have access to that folder can also view or edit the project based on the permission settings specified for that particular folder.
Cloning a Project
To clone or duplicate your project, simply click on the three dots to bring up the project menu, select “Duplicate,” and choose your desired destination folder or sub-folder and rename the project.
Project Status After Downgrade
When a plan is downgraded, projects are locked in read-only mode. Paid users can still download rendered projects, but editing or creating new ones is restricted until project limits are met. To unlock access, delete existing projects or upgrade to a plan with more slots. If you cancel your plan while projects remain in your workspace, everything will be locked—free up space or upgrade to continue working.
Private Folder (Available for Enterprise users only)
A Private Folder is a secure space where only invited users can access the projects within it. This feature is available only with an Enterprise plan.
