Downgrading Your Subscription

You can downgrade to a lower-tier subscription at any point by following this article.

A subscription downgrade can be opted for in the following scenarios:

Annual to Monthly Subscription

If you accidentally purchased an annual plan, don’t worry! Our support team is here to help. Simply send us an email and we’ll take care of the rest.

During the downgrade process, you will receive a full refund for your initial annual payment. However, please keep in mind that your card will be charged an additional amount for the monthly subscription.

Business to Growth, Business to Creator or Growth to Creator

If you have bought a Business plan and wish to downgrade to a Growth or a Creator plan, or if you’re on a Growth plan and would like to switch to a Creator plan, here are the next steps to be followed to downgrade your subscription:

  1. If your current billing cycle is nearing its end, it may be more convenient to mark your plan for cancellation and purchase the desired plan
  2. However, if your plan has recently been renewed, kindly reach out to our support team and request a downgrade

Downgrades result in:

  1. The loss of voice generation time and transcription time from your previous billing cycle
  2. Loss of project credits(the number of projects you can have in your workspace at a time)
  3. Loss of access to premium features and download access to projects created with the premium features
