A change to your subscription is considered a downgrade if you are:

Annual to Monthly Subscription

If you accidentally purchased an annual plan, don’t worry! Our support team is here to help. You can email us at support@murf.ai or start a live chat to initiate a downgrade.

Switch to a Lower-Tier Plan

If you have bought a Business plan and wish to downgrade to a Growth or a Creator plan, or if you’re on a Growth plan and would like to switch to a Creator plan, here are the next steps to be followed to downgrade your subscription:

  1. If your current billing cycle is nearing its end, it may be more convenient to mark your plan for cancellation and purchase the desired plan
  2. However, if your plan has recently been renewed, kindly reach out to our support team and request a downgrade

Downgrades result in:

  1. The loss of voice generation time and transcription time from your previous billing cycle
  2. Loss of project credits(the number of projects you can have in your workspace at a time)
  3. Loss of access to premium features and download access to projects created with the premium features
