Annual to Monthly Subscription
If you accidentally purchased an annual plan, don’t worry! Our support team is here to help. You can email us at support@murf.ai or start a live chat to initiate a downgrade.
Switch to a Lower-Tier Plan
If you have bought a Business plan and wish to downgrade to a Growth or a Creator plan, or if you’re on a Growth plan and would like to switch to a Creator plan, here are the next steps to be followed to downgrade your subscription:
- If your current billing cycle is nearing its end, it may be more convenient to mark your plan for cancellation and purchase the desired plan
- However, if your plan has recently been renewed, kindly reach out to our support team and request a downgrade
Downgrades result in:
- The loss of voice generation time and transcription time from your previous billing cycle
- Loss of project credits(the number of projects you can have in your workspace at a time)
- Loss of access to premium features and download access to projects created with the premium features
