Upgrading your Subscription
Murf offers pro-rated upgrade options.
If you’re ready to take your Murf experience to the next level by upgrading your subscription from a Creator plan to Growth, switching from monthly to annual, we’ve got you covered with our pro-rated payment options.
When your workspace is on an active plan, navigate to the pricing page. The Buy Now button will be replaced with an Upgrade button. Clicking on the Upgrade button will bring up a detailed breakdown of your pro-rated charges.
The breakdown will include any unused time on your current plan, the pricing of your new plan, any applicable discounts, the total amount due, and the billing cycle date.
Contact Support Button Instead of Buy or Upgrade
If you are on a monthly higher-tier subscription and are looking to purchase an annual lower-tier plan, or if you’re on a lower-tier yearly plan and looking to buy a monthly higher-tier plan, you’ll see the “Contact Support” button, as it requires internal processing.
