Troubleshooting Login Issues

This section outlines steps to resolve typical login issues.

  1. Network Auth Error

    Disable any active VPN or try switching to a different browser. 

    If your device is connected to a company network, or if you are using a company-provided device, and a firewall is active, please direct your IT department to review our domain whitelisting guide.
  2. Pop-up Error:

    To change your registered email address, a verification window will appear once you’ve entered the new address. Ensure pop-ups are enabled and complete the verification process within that window.

  3. Invalid Credentials:

    This problem usually happens because you’re using the wrong login method. For instance, you can't log in with a password if you registered with Google. If you usually use a password, double-check that it’s correct. If you’ve forgotten it, reset it using the “Forgot Password” option.
