      VGT consumption on changing Voice Settings

      Modifying the voice settings for a rendered block will not consume any VGT.

      In other words, changing the voice actor, style, pitch, speed, pause, emphasis, pronunciation, punctuation, and volume for the same text will not consume any voice generation time.
