Why am I seeing a “Contact Support” button instead of “Buy Plan” or “Upgrade” while upgrading?
If you are on a monthly higher-tier subscription and are looking to purchase an annual lower-tier plan, or if you’re on a lower-tier yearly plan and looking to buy a monthly higher-tier plan, you’ll be asked to contact Support.
This is because to switch from a monthly higher-tier subscription to a yearly lower-tier plan or from a lower-tier annual plan to a monthly higher-tier plan, you will need to contact our Support Team via live chat or email, as these types of plan changes require internal processing.
For example, if you’re on a Creator Yearly plan and wish to buy a Growth Monthly plan, or if you’re on a Growth Monthly plan and wish to buy the Creator Yearly plan, assistance from our Support team is required. Please reach out to them to facilitate this change.
