Unable to download after buying a plan
If you’ve recently purchased a plan and are unable to download your projects, it could be because your new plan details haven’t been processed yet, or your project utilizes a feature that is exclusive to a more advanced plan.
Here are some troubleshooting steps to try.
- Refresh the page. This will update your account status.
- Log out and log back in. Make sure you use the same email you used to buy the plan.
- Check if you’re using a feature your plan doesn’t support. For example, if you are on a Creator Lite plan and have used the Audio to Text(supported by Growth and Business plans) feature in your project, you will be prompted to upgrade. Create a new project or upgrade to the plan that supports the feature to download your project.
