I can’t add the voiceover to my Canva design

This issue often arises if you are using a Free Trial or on a paid plan but are signed in to an incorrect workspace or account.

If you’re on a Free Trial, you can only generate and preview the voiceover, not add it to your design. If you’re on a paid Murf plan, ensure you’re signed into the correct workspace or account.

To log out of the app and connect with the correct account, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the three-dot menu at the top right corner and select “Remove from your apps.”



  2. Install the app again by heading to Apps on the right and searching for Murf.





  3. If you are currently logged into a Murf account in your browser, that account will be displayed. To switch accounts, click on “Use different account” to select a different one and log in with the correct credentials.


 

You’ll be taken to the Sign Up page. Scroll down and select Log In to log into the correct Murf account.

 

 


❗Murf and Canva subscriptions are independent of each other, so even if you have a paid Canva subscription, you’ll still need a Murf subscription
